[Plone-docs] PloneHelpCenter -> github.com/collective

Hi folks,


I'd like to move Products.PloneHelpCenter from the collective svn to the
github collective, but I want to make sure there are no objections first.


SteveM suggested I ask here… so if anyone objects please let me know!
