in the section 'Obligatory Warning' to the 'Preparations' section of
the Upgrade Guide, but the URL is lacking 'upgrade-guide/'.
Thus:
http://plone.org/documentation/manual/preparations
should be:
http://plone.org/documentation/manual/upgrade-guide/preparations
