After reading
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9127269/how-can-i-stop-people-accessing-a-plone-server-via-webdav,
i checked and discovered that indeed WebDAV is always enabled in Zope. I
tested on 4.2, but Martijn Pieters said that it was always the case. I
posted something on
http://keeshink.blogspot.de/2012/09/how-to-disable-webdav-in-plone.html,
but the doc should be updated i think.

I've updated my fork of collective.developermanual, here is my pull
request: https://github.com/collective/collective.developermanual/pull/68

Should we also remove the bit about "Enabling WebDAV in Zope" from
http://plone.org/documentation/kb/webdav? Right now it's in 2 places
(also in c.developermanual), and i think a developer will prefer the latter.

For the record, i removed duplicate documentation (doc that is also
present in
http://collective-docs.readthedocs.org/en/latest/serving/webdav.html)
from http://plone.org/documentation/kb/webdav.
